Outward : Misses McLean, Cook, Morgan, Weldon, and Franklin ; Mesdames Hay, Driller and daughter, O’Donnell, Anderson, and Fraser ; Messrs Henway, Jeans, Veanables, Monckton, Boden, Latham (2), Maboy, Mahoney, Winstone, Mills, Hopkins, Cameron, Smith, Anderson, Natuseh, Brailsford, Eichelbaum, Smith, Markland, andJFraser. The Moura loaves Wellington at four o’clock this afternoon, and arrives early on Wednesday, sailing for Auckland at 8 a.m.

Tho Te Anau leaves here on Saturday, 21st inst., for Southern ports, instead of Sunday, 22nd, in order to avoid the Christmas holidays South. The steamer Omapere leaves Auckland at five o'clock this afternoon, and loads wool on tho Coast for the barque Cloch. Sho should reach hero about Saturday next.

The schooner Waiapu arrived from the »Coast on Saturday with a quantity of wool for transhipment to the barque Cloch, Messrs Common, Shelton and Co., Limited, agents for tho Shaw, Savill and Albion Co., have now associated with them as company agents, Messrs Dalgety and Co., Limited, in tho place of Messrs Bennett and Sberratt, who were previously associated as Company agents. UNION STEAMSHIP COMPANY’S MOVEMENTS. Wednesday—Moura arrives from South early, and leaves for Auckland. First launch, 6 a.m.; last, 8 a.m. Friday. —Cmapero arrives from East Coast ports, and leaves for Napier. Last launch, 5 p.m. Saturday—Warrimoo arrives from South early, and leaves for Auckland and Sydnoy. First launch, 6 a.m.; last, 10 a.m.
