LIBEL ACTION.
STORY OF THE DREDGING BOOM. By Telegraph—Press Association. Westport, last night. A threat of libel has been received by the proprietor of the Westport News from I). S. Gibbard, claiming £SOO damages for false, malicious, and defamatory libel, alleged to be contained in a series oi articles entiled “ The story of the dredging boom.”
