FALL IN PRICES.
LOW PRICE OF LEAD.
By Telegraph—Press Association—Copyright Sydney, Dec. 5. Owing to a fall in the price of lead, notice has been posted in the Block Ten Mine, Broken Hill, stating that wages will be reduced ten per cent, from January 1. The reduction will not apply to wages of 7s a day and under. The old rate will be restored when lead touches £lB.
