German Tariff.
By Telegraph—Press Association— Copyright Berlin, Bee. o. Count von Bulow, in the Boichstag, said that a tariff of fair compromise for the necessities of the agricultural, manufacturing, and commercial interests would be a useful weapon in negotiating commercial treaties.
