AUCKLAND BURGLARY,

Auckland, last night. At the Police Court Henry Beil and Harold Fagan were charged that they did break and enter the premises of Robert Rew, and steal four boxes of cigars, three boxes of cigarettes, 31bs of tobacco, 21 bs of candles, value £3 10s. Bell pleaded guilty, and was committed to the Supreme Court for sentence. Fagan pleaded not guilty, and was committed for trial.
