Blind Institute.

A YES-NO DECISION,

(By Telegraph—Pross Association.) Wellington, last night. The report of Mr Brabant, S.M., who has been appointed to inquire into the management of the Jubileee Instituto for the Blind at Auckland, has been forwarded to the Education Department. Mr Brabant states that tho most serious charges against Mr and Mrs Tighe, the principal and matron, wore not proved, but he considers enough proved to make it incumbent upon tho trustees to seriously consider if Tigho can be retained as principal. At the same time, he testifies to the good work of the Tighes, and says if their services are retained, some person having the sense of sight i (Tighe is blind) should be appointed as manager.
