The Education Board to-day discussed its resolution of a few weeks ago dismissing the Chief Inspector, Mr Lee, but nothing was done. Mr Lee, who was present, made a speech, in which he bore out in detail his original statement as to the Board having shown favoritism in making appointments, and having promoted incompetent persons over able teachers.
