Napier, last night The weather l'cs been remarkably -changeable during .'■be last forty-eight hours. It was abt oiling hot day on Saturday, succeeded yesterday by a perfect blizzard, snow failing very low on the ranges. This morning th\r'e were heavy showers of rain, accompanied at intervals by hail. A good downpour of rain was badly needed all through the district, the crops in some parts coming to ear witn only about six inches of growth.
