APPARENTLY FOE THE BOERS. By Telegraph—Press Association—Copyright London, Nov. 20. Tho Customs authorities in London detained a steamer containing four cannon, charcoal, saltpetre, and searchlight apparatus. The vessel intended going to Hamburg; thence under sealed orders. There was ample accommodation aboard for passengers.
