TOURING CYCLISTS.
A RECIPROCAL ARRANGEMENT.

AVellington, last night.
Tho Cyclists’ Touring Club has entered into a reciprocal agreement with the National Touring Association of Victoria, similar to that oxising with the Cyclists’ Touring Club of England. New Zealanders on their travels report that they have found these reciprocity agreements extremely useful to them.
