DEATH OF PRIVATE PATERSON

London, Nov. 19. _ Private Nathaniel Patorson, of the 7th New Zealanders, has died of enteric at Castle.
Lieutenant Hall, of the Bedfordshire Mounted, chased and captured 20 Boers at Vlukfontcin.
Colonel Barker in a fortnight cleared Pc'hlehem district, bringing 30 to Winburg. There wero small obstinate skirmishes, during which 17 were captured near Harrismith.
