DE WET AGAIN BECOMING PROMINENT. By- Telegraph—Press Association —Copyright London, Nov. 13. Dc Wet is assembling a force in northeastern Orange Colony. Columns are moving to disperse it. General French reports that Commandant Mantz’s attack at Picquetberg on tho seventh was easily repulsed. Commandant Foucho dynamited the railway at Myburg Siding. Lord Methuen is pursuing Delarey and Kemp in tho Western Transvaal. The Times’ Brussels correspondent states that Dr Leyds and Mr Fischer arc visiting Berlin with the object of making a supreme effort to obtain the Kaiser’s mediation.
