ANTI-BRITISH SPEECHES. By Telegraph—Press Association—Copyright Paris, Nov. 12. Major Mcßride, who commanded the Irish Brigade in the Transvaal, has been presented with a sword at Paris, subscribed by Celts. Violent anti-British speeches were made at tho presentation.
