480 PLAGUE-STRICKEN RATS FOUND IN A SHIP. By Telegraph—Press Association—Copyright Paris, Nov. 11. While the Antwerp steamer Saghalien was unloading at Marseilles, 480 rats, dead from plague, were discovered in the holds. The authorities at the French porta are disoussing the question of wholesale rat destruction.
