THE SULTAN BACKS DOAVN COMPLETELY. By Telegraph—Press Association—Copyright Paris, Nov. 11. The Sultan has conceded all the French claims, and Admiral Calliard lias been ordered to leave Mityleno. Diplomatic relations have been resumed. The impression is that Russia’s warning that tho greatest necessity of the matter being ended induced M. Dolcasse to close the Turkish incident when nominal satisfaction had been obtained.
