In the cases of Mere Koihi v. the Assets Company, him ited, t’irihi Tutekohi v. Same, anil I’anttua Waihojio v. Same, in reference to 'Waingaromia Nos. 2 and 8 Blocks, and Rangutira No. 2 Block, the Court of Appeal granted leave to plaintiffs on the application of Mr W. L. llecs to appeal in Jonna p a/peris from tho decision of Mr J ustice Couolly dismissing the actions. The appeal is to be heard at tho sittings of the Court in March next.
