HUNDREDS DYING EVERY DAY
By Telegraph—l’ress Association—Copyright Londot , Oct. 28. P. L. Warren. British Consul at, Shanghai, reports that two hundred thousand Chinese in the province of Kiangru and six hundred thousand in Anbiri are on the verge of starvation, while the condition of the Kangdi provinces is even worse.
