Plots in Persia.

The Daily Mail’s St. Petersburg correspondent says that two of the Shah of Persia’s brothers have been sentenced to lifelong banishment for plotting against tho Shah’s life. A son-in-law was flogged until he revealed his co-conspiraiors, including prominent priests.
