By Telegraph—Press Association—Copyrighi Sydney, Oct. 28.

The Sunday Times states that the determination of the Now Zealand Chambers of Commerce to oppose retaliation is amusing, and asks whether tho colony wishes to preserve its dignity or business. If it wants business with tiie Commonwealth it must either federate or retaliate. Failing to federate, if it wants business it must retaliate all she knows how. The Times doubts whether New Zealand can get reciprocity without retaliation, or threats of retaliation.
