By Telegraph—Pres3 Association—Copyright Berlin, Oct. 24. ■ The liabilities of Stoverkocknung .me: Co., of Cassel, whose failure in June last - led to the suspension of tho Leipxigor Bank, total £8,687,000. Tho creditors receive one per cent, of their investments. The accounts show millions of fictitious assets. The Leipziger Bank, deceived by the declaration of false dividends, lent the Company four millions sterling.
