MeFARLANE’S lIALL - SAT U HDAY. A most important land sale takes place j at McFarhuie’s Hall to-morrow morning, commencing at half-past 11. Messrs Common, Shelton and Co., in conjunction with Messrs Dulgety and Co., offer about I 300 acres of Mr W. Graham’s Marshlands property Inear Ormond), and Mr T. H. Grayson's Bushmere faun. The Marshlands land is rich alluvial flat, well drained and fenced, and specially suitable for dairying. Good water is obtainable at 12 feet. The property is within haif-a-mile of Ormond township, school, and proposed railway station, and will be offered in lots of from one to twenty-five acres.
