(By Telegraph—Press Association.) Wellington, last night. The Council inc-t at 2.30 p.m. The Chemists' Kota of Attendance Bill and Inspection of Machinery Bill were read a second time. The Minister of Education was understood to say that he would not proceed with the Shops and Offices Bill this session.
