London, Oct. 22. McHugh, a member of ths House, of Commons, has been released from luimaiuham goal, after serving a sentence; for criminal libel. Hu drove from Kilmainham into Dublin in the LordMayor’s carriage, and addressed the United League. In his speech lie urged that Catholic jurors should refuse to serve He reiterated his intention to publish the names of euipanelle l jurors. Judge O Connor Morris, a County Court Judge, after awarding a grazie’r compensation for malicious destruction of buildings, received a threatening lottec enclosing a bullet, purporting to come from the Irish League.
