London, Oct. 29. Sir Thomas Liptou lias ordered Mr Watson, or Mr Fife, to design a challenger for the next year. Sir Thomas Liptou was misreportod. He denies that a new challenger lias been ordered for next year. He may build one ultimately, but desires to await a reasonable time in order to see if other Britishers dosire to challenge. The majority of the Shamrock’s crew of 1902 will be Americans.
