The company stales that me steamer s arrival was entered at the Customs at -1.10, or live minutes before .the usual time at which receipts of entries cease. It is understood that a dispute has arisen in reyard to the matter, The ground taken is that dutiable articles are not entered after four o'clock, and as the Mukuia's cargo does not include dutiable goods, it is claimed timl tiie Customs authorities must luivc better arguments lor exclusion.
