Brighton Church Congress.

At the Church Congress at Brighton, Lord Brassy, Bishops Barry and Ingram spoke on the Empire expansion with reference to the Church work. Lord Brassy said that Victoria needed able English clergy to rivet the audiences of the large centres of population.
