By Telegraph—Press Association—Copyright Loudon, Sept. 30. Mr Choate, American Ambassador in London, has handed to their Majesties the King and Queen a letter expressing America’s and Mrs McKinley’s grateful thanks for their constant sympathy in the darkest hour of distress and bereavement.
