Claim for Damages.

The Judge saw no reason to interfere with the jurv's verdict, or to grant a new trial in the case of W. S. Waterford, owner of the barque Ganymede, against the New Zealand Mortgage and Agency Company, a claim of £250 damages in connection with the voyage from New Zealand to Capetown. _
