MR WRAGGE’S EXPERIMENTS,

Mr Clement iVragge, the Government meteorologist, has made several trials with a Stiger Vortex gun, in use in Italy and France, with tho object of producing rain, but his efforts were fruitless. Mr Wragge considers that at least two guns are required to produce rain.
