A srLKNDin lot of trees has been received from Mr 11. Matthews, State Nursery, Kotorua, by the Gisborne Beautifying Association. The trees number 2500, and are as follows :

100 Oriental Planes 50 Elms COO Birch 500 Sycamores 50 Abies Excolsa 100 Pinus Strobus 100 Abies Douglasii 100 Pinus Benthaniana 100 Cupressus Lawsouiana 200 Pittosporum (3 varieties) 100 Cupressus Sempervirens 100 Mountain Palms 500 Cabbage trees.
