GOLF. [By Telegraph—Press Association.] Auckland, last night. Yesterday afternoon, the new links of | the Auckland Golf Club, situated at One Tree Hill, were formally opened by Dr j J. L. Campbell, President of the Club. ! An "At Home " was held to celebrate the event, and a large number of friends were present. GEYSER ACTIVITY. _ ie thermal springs at Taupo arc extremely active. The Crow's Nest geyser, ; at Spa, is continuously in eruption, giving a very magnificent display of geyser action.
