Mr Cecil Harmsworth, Liberal, polled 4769, and Mr Smillie, Labor and pro-Boer, 2990. Durban, Sept. 27. The Immigration Department of Natal refused to accept two hundred Indian traders, who have proceeded on to Capetown. Bombay, Sept. 27. Heavy rains have fallen in three days over almost the whole of India. The prospects of crops are reassuring.
