Paris, Aug. 10.

Mine. Mngucritc Durand, the wealthy and beautiful founder of the big daily newspaper La Fronde, written, managed, set up, and sold entirely by women, is a tour of France at the head of her own theatrical company, producing a series of sensational plays, designed to stir up a sentiment of appreciation of the injustice of the present condition of women, and incidentally to advertise the paper. Mine. Durand was a member of the Comedie Franeaisc before her marriage. and now is appearing with Coquclin in the provinces in order to furbish up her histrionic faculties.
