SPEECHES AT THE DIILLENARY
By Telegraph—Press Association—Copyright London, Bept. 21.
11l connection with the Alfred the Great Millenary, Lord Rosebery, unveiling the statue at Winchester, described Alfred as an ideal Englishman, a perfect sovereign, and a pioneer of England's greatness.
