DRAGGED DOWN BY A CHAIN

(By Telegraph—Tress Association.) Dunedin, last night. A young man named William McDonald, watchmaker, was drowned in tho harbor this morning. He was going out to the yacht Thelma with a chain for a buoy. Tho chain got twisted round his leg, and ho was dragged down and drowned. Tho young man lived with his parents in Duncan street.
