Cruise of the Ophir.
By Telegraph—Press Association —Copyright Ottawa, Sept. 17. The Ophir, during the voyage, experienced a circular storm and pitched heavily. She hoisted the Stars and Stripes at half-mast when anchored at Quebec. The Cornwalls had an enthusiastic reception, despite the rain falling.
