Labor Disputes.
By Telegraph.—Press Association. Wellington, last night. The Executive Committee of the Wellington Employers’ Association has passed a resolution in favor of the constitution of Conciliation Boards being altered to take the form of a conference of delegates from each side to the dispute, with an independent chairman.
