(By Telegraph—Press Association.) Wellington, last night. The Chief Justice in the Divorce Court to-day granted decrees nisi for dissolution of marriage in the eases of Ann Fox v. Francis Fox, James Reid v. Maria Reid, Albert Algar v. Clara Algar, and Eriti Kingi v. Tangi Kingi. The General Synod concluded its session this morning. Resolutions wore passed that the method of raising money to indemnify the trustees of the Porirua College Trust, if an indemnity were needed, be referred to the next General Synod ; that the trustees be instructed to ascertain whether it was possiblo to devise a scheme for the trust that would satisfy all parties, and appoint a recess committee, or to consult with the trustees in regard to appeal to the Privy Council. Another resolution placed on record the regret of the Synod at the death of Archdeacon Dudley, of Auckland, and expressed condolence with the widow and family.
