FIRE IN AUCKLAND.

Auckland, last night. A fire occurred this evening in the three-storey paper warehouse of the Herald printing works. In spite of the efforts of the brigade the contents of oho building were burned, or damaged bywater or smoke. It was two hours before

tho firo was suppressed. The building and contents are insured £BOOO in the various insurance companies. The damage cannot yet be definitely estimated. The origin of the fire is a mystery.
