A Scow Capsized.
PERILOUS EXPERIENCE—A SWEDE DROWNED.
By Telegraph—Press Association. Blenheim, last night. The scow Oban, of forty tons, was struck by a squall and capsized yesterday morning at one o’clock off Ketu Bay, Pelorus Hound. Captain Bonner and his sjn clung to tho vessel, and were rescued at about 3 o’clock. The other member cf the crew, a Swede named Andrew Anderson, was frowned. The Oban was in ballast from Wanganui to Pelorus for a cargo of timber.
