CONTINGENTS TO CHINA,
By Telegraph—Press Association—Copyright London, Sept. 11. Lord George Hamilton and Mr Chamberlain have thanked New South AVales and the Victorian Governments for their generous and valuable services in connection with the operations with China, where each sent a naval contingent. They added that the inspection of stores carriod out under their control was so efficient that there was not a single complaint.
