Cooks and Stewards.
By Telegraph—Press Association. AVcllington, last night. Tho dispute which has arisen between the Federated Cooks’ and Stewards’ Union and the Union Company comes before the Conciliation Board here on the 19th inst. The Union asks for certain concessions at terminal points in the way of overtime; a'so that tho hours of labor'at sea shall be ten.
