The Council met at 2.30 p.m.
Tho Minister for Education said that ho was prepared to accept the Shops and Offices Bill in tho amended form in which it came out of the Committeo yesterday. Ho moved tho third rending, and a long debate took place, which was interrupted by tho five o’clock adjournment.
