PCYAL COMMISSION APPOINTED,

A Royal Commission has been appointed to enquire into Dr Koch’s theory as to tuberculosis, enunciated at tho recent Conference, and consists of Sir Michael Foster, J. S. Wooduoad (Professor of Pathology at Cambridge), Sidney Martin (Professor of P’.hology at the University College), Professor Boyne (of Liverpool), and Dr John McFadyen, of the Royal Veterinary College.
