THE BETTING MARKET,

There is a good deal of activity in betting on the Epsom Handicap. Today, the feature was the support accorded to Ivenley, who is now equal favorite with Abington, at 7to I. Cretonne is at 10 to 1 ; the others are unchanged. For the Metropolitan, Sir Leonard and Bruntwood are most favored, at 10 to 1 ; April Fool and Cyanide, 12 to 1. For the Derby, Hautvillers is favorite at 6 to 4 taken, and 5 to 4 offered.
