Joubet and Ministers on tho 18th, aboard tho torpedo-destroyor Cassini, meet tho Imperial yacht to escort the Czaritza to Dunkirk, where tho Chamber of Commerce entertains them at luncheon. Thence the Royalties proceed to Compoigne to review the northern squadron on tho 19th. An exchange of significant toasts is anticipated at the Compoigne banquet on the 20th. A review of troops will bo held at Reims on the 21st.
