RUSSIA NOW SOLVING THE DIFFICULTIES. By Telegraph—Press Association—Copyright London, Aug. 31. Tho Times’ Moscow correspondent states that a party of Russians, including trained intelligence officers, oscorted tho Thibetan mission which recently visited Russia homo through Mongolia. Tho difficulties which hitherto existod in regard to tho exploration ot Thibet aro soon likely to bo solved.
