TO BE STARTED IN NAPIER,
By Telegraph.—Press Association. Napier, last night. Tho number of shares necessary to warrant the provisional directors of tho Hawke’s Bay Woollen Company accepting tho offer of Messrs Ross and Co. to transfer their plant from Invercargill to Napier has now been taken up. Steps will at once bo taken to register the company and commence operations.
