SHOCKING CASE THIRD JURY GIVES VERDICT OF GUILTY.

By Tolegraph—Press Association. Dunedin, last night. At the Supremo Court, John McCormack, in whose ease two juries were unable to agree last session, was on this occasion found guilty of incest at Hampden, and sentenced to the maximum punishment of ten years. Thomas Chafcterly was sentenced to 15 months for theft of an overcoat. James Cooper, Robert Mahone, and Robert McNab were found guilty of robbing a drunken country man. The first two were sentenced to two years and McNab to 18 months.
