CHARGE OF MANSLAUGHTER,
(By Telegraph—Press Association.) Invercargill, last night. The hearing of the charge against Captain Macgilliray of killing Mrs Sneyd by the explosion of a signal rocket on the ; return of the Fourth and Fifth Contingents began at the Police Court to-day. The case has been adjourned from time to time, owing to several witnesses being unable to attend on account of their injuries. There are 25 witnesses to examine.
